TimeHeld at different intervals since 2003.
Purpose
The “Dietary Culture Lecture Series” is held by the Foundation every year to provide a record of contemporary Chinese dietary culture and how it has evolved over time. Industry and academic experts are invited to share their experience in development and research in the hopes of boosting society's interest into dietary culture research.
Contributions
The lecture series focuses on the changes in Chinese dietary culture and how it reflects the changing times. Academics and experts on dietary culture are invited to speak to the general public on their experiences in dietary culture development and research. The lectures are also recorded in video and archived by the library so research results and experiences can be preserved for posterity.
