Purpose
Topical lectures given by exceptional industry personalities are hosted by the Foundation with the subject being the constantly changing and competitive Taiwanese food & beverage market. In addition to continuing the traditional emphasis on food & beverage management symposium format, the lectures also hope to provide a more in-depth look at the practical aspects of food & beverage business management.
Contributions
All the topics are closely related to current developments in Taiwan's food & beverage market with academic, government and industry experts invited to speak about the current state of the food & beverage market, food & beverage business administration, future trends in the food & beverage market, travel & recreational dining, the development of local specialty snacks and exotic cuisine, bottlenecks and future development in Chinese food & beverage business management, organic health diet trends and marketing for franchise industries. The lectures are also recorded in video and archived by the library so research results and experiences can be preserved for posterity.
