Quarterly of the Foundation of Chinese Dietary Culture Call for Papers

To increase the general public's understanding of Chinese dietary culture and promote related research, submissions from those interested in dietary culture, cooking, tea, alcoholic beverages, health and hospitality management are welcome.
Content：	The quarterly features the following columns. Submissions are welcome. 【Topical Columns】 February Issue：廟口小吃文化與特色 May Issue：方便食品的歷史與發展 August Issue：旅行飲食 November Issue：豚肉文化與宗教祭拜【Local Diet】Dietary customs, lore and history throughout Taiwan 【Chinese Diet】Dietary customs, lore and culture throughout China 【Ancient Diet】In-depth research into ancient Chinese diets 【Miscellaneous Diet】Essays, poetry and commentaries on Chinese diet 【Hospitality Management】Hospitality organization, marketing, service and management 【Overseas Food】Articles on overseas foods and comparisons of foreign and Chinese dietary culture 【Readers' Feedback】Suggestions and insights for the Foundation Library and Quarterly
Length：	1500 ~ 5000 words (may include photos)
Manuscript Fees：	If published, the rate is 500 NTD per 1000 words. Three complementary copies of the quarterly the article was published in will also be provided. Student submissions will receive a photocopy card to the Chinese Dietary Culture Library or a year's subscription to the FCDC Quarterly.
Manuscript Handling：	Please retain the original copy as submissions will not be returned. You will be notified separately if your submission is accepted for publication. The editor reserves the right to modify the text. Please be sure to include your name, organization and title, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address.
File Format：	MS Word or Wordperfect documents are preferred. Pictures should be submitted in the JPEG format.
