B.    FCDC Benefits:

      a. Including nonsked news about relative activity

 b. Including Foundation¡¦s Quarterly for 2 years (worth US$30)

 c. Including one symposium thesis (worth US$68)

      d. FCDC membership is free for joining the Symposium of Chinese Dietary

         Culture (not include the hotel and dinner charge)

C.   Method of payment:

 a. Cash: you can send cash by DHL

 b. Remittance: this fee should be remitted into the bank account. Please fax a copy of your bank draft to Foundation office with application form. The bank detail is following:
