《中國飲食文化》學術期刊　撰稿體例

正文請用橫式（由左至右）寫作，中文字型請用新細明體，英文字型請用Time New Roman。
正文中，請用新式標點符號。
1. 中文標點符號皆為全形置中，其他引用符號如下：
  「　」（引號）用於平常引號；
  『　』（雙引號）用於引號內之引號；
  《　》用於書刊，如《中國飲食文化》；
  〈　〉用於論文及篇名，如〈青稞、蕎麥與玉米〉。
  唯在正文中，古籍書名與篇名連用時，可省略篇名符號，如《淮南子‧天文篇》。
2. 英文標點符號皆為半形，其他引用符號如下：
  ‘　’（引號）用於平常引號；
  書刊名以斜體標示，如 Journal of Chinese Dietary Culture；
  “　”（雙引號）用於論文及篇名，如“The Origin of Chinese Food Culture”。
標題格式：
- 中文標題層級標示如下：　壹、一、（一）、1.、(1) ……
- 英文標題層級標示如下：　Ｉ、Ａ.、1.、a.、(1)、(a)……
引文：短引文可用引號直接引入正文；長引文可作獨立引文，不加引號，但每行起首縮入四格，上下各空一行。
摘要：每篇論文請均附五百字以內的中、英文摘要各一。中、英文摘要後，請均附關鍵詞，以五個為限。
註釋方式：
文章內以阿拉伯數字（如1, 105, 不須加括號）為註碼，置於標點符號後，並以上標方式標示。註文內容置於註碼當頁下方。範例如下：?
