- The “2019 International Conference on Chinese Food Culture” was held in Hanoi, Vietnam.
- “The International Conference on Food and Drink Exchanges in Modern Taiwan and Japan” was held in consortium with Taipei Medical University.
- “The Human Library” and “The Foodteller ” were held.
2018
- The “Digital Food Picture Gallery” was established.
- The “2018 Taiwanese Catering and Specialty Restaurants’ Examination and Website Operation & Maintenance Project” was organized.
- “The Cultural Exploration and Feature Analysis of the Three-Cup Cuisine Project” was organized.
2017
- The “2017 International Conference on Chinese Food Culture” was held in Brisbane, Australia.
- The “Guide to HAKKA FOOD Restaurants in Miaoli” was organized.
- The “2017 Review and Mentoring Program for Taiwanese Catering and Specialty Restaurants” was organized.
2016
- The “2016 Taiwanese Catering and Specialty Restaurant Selection Activity” was organized.
- The exhibition hall for Food Education at “The 2016 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition” was co-organized.
- The international forum on "Food Education in Asia” was held.
- “The Guide to HAKKA FOOD Restaurants in Miaoli” was organized.
- “Database of Premodern Writings on Diet” was launched.
2015
- The “2015 International Conference on Chinese Food Culture” was held in Tours, France.
- The library was selected as number two in “The 2015 Top 10 Must-see Libraries in Taiwan”.
- The project for the “2016 Taiwanese Catering and Specialty Restaurant Selection and Marketing Activity” was organized.
- The annual “Study Tour in Taiwan” for 2015 was held.
2014
- Director Chi-Lu Chen passed away. Director Yih-Yuan Li resigned. Director Hsin-Huang Hsiao and Fei-long Chen were elected.
- The “2014 Certification and Review for Specialty Cuisine Restaurants in Miaoli” was organized.
- The “2014 Marketing Plan and Poster project for Stories about Old Food Shops” was organized.
- The “2014 Review of Taiwanese Catering and Specialty Restaurants” was organized.
2013
- In the re-election of directors, Director Li-Zheng Lu and Director Yen-Ho Wu were selected.
- Participant in the "2013 Taipei International Book Exhibition".
- The "2013 Taiwan Catering Battle" was organized.
- Participant in "The 2013 Taipei International Food Show".
- A "Special Exhibition of Menus for State Banquets during the Time of the Late President Chiang Kai-shek" was held.
- The “2013 Certification and Study for Specialty Cuisine Restaurants in Miaoli” was organized.
- The “2013 International Symposium on Chinese Food Culture” was held in Yunnan.
- The Ryori.Taiwan website was set up.
- Ryori.Taiwan magazine has appeared every year as a cooperative undertaking since the Foundation’s participation in “The 2013 Taipei International Food Show”.
2012
- The "2012 Symposium on Taiwanese Food Culture and Food and Beverage Management" was held.
- The "2012 Certification and Review Program for Catering and Specialty Restaurants in Miaoli" was organized.
- The inaugural issue of Ryori.Taiwan magazine was published.
- The "2012 Taipei Food Festival— Master Chef Competition" was organized by the Taipei City Office of Commerce.
- The "Publication Plan for Monographs on Rice Culture in Taipei" was organized by the Taipei City Archives.
- The "Subsidy for Taiwanese Chefs' Participation in Overseas Competitions" application process began.
